Is there any way to get my felony removed from my records since it is my first offense? It has been three years. It is very diffcult to find a job and I can't vote and it is ruining my life. The felony I have is aiding & abetting. Please help me.

The expungement of a record of a criminal conviction in the Commonwealth cannot happen absent a showing by the defendant that he or she was wrongfully convicted and has, accordingly, received a pardon from the Governor.
