Re: Removing a felony
The expungement of a record of a criminal conviction in the Commonwealth cannot happen absent a showing by the defendant that he or she was wrongfully convicted and has, accordingly, received a pardon from the Governor. Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq. (Note: The disposition involving an accord and satisfaction is an exception to the aforementioned requirements.)
Re: Removing a felony
Virginia allows for expungment of arrests that do not lead to convictions or with a pardon from the governor. If the conviction was from another state, you may want to seek its removal in that state, as other states are more liberal about these things.
Re: Removing a felony
in short, no.
