requirement for servicing sentence
Has the law changed in the time to be served on a sentence from 85% of time to 65% of the sentence? Is there a pending decision in exsistance?

As far as I know, in the Commonwealth of Virginia, one must still serve, approximately, 85 to 88% of one's sentence before being considered for release.
