restitution
my case is to be dismissed on monday, if all restitution and fees are paid, but im away at school and i cant pay the restitution until the weekend. should i ask for an extention or do i need to worry?

Yes, you need to worry, and should therefore request a continuance in the matter until such time that all conditions expected of you and specified in your dispositional order have been met or fullfilled.
