Restitution Payment
I am having a hard time. I was ordered restitution for something someone destroyed of mine. He is going to prison for a long time due to some other matter. What is the quickest way to get my money? Revenue Recapture?

Revenue Recapture(whatever that may be), you suggest, as a means to quickly garner the restitution that has been ordered by the court to be paid to you by the defendant who in the meantime has been ordered off to the "Big House" to do his time just like the "Juice" Simpson.
No, I would not be holding my breath waiting for this windfall to arrive any time soon(if I were you).
