restitution payments
if a person is court ordered to pay $400.00 a month in restitution payments and the person does not make the proper payments.what can i do as a victim.?

Re: restitution payments
Contact the court and request that the defaulting payer be brought back to court on contempt charges.
(And make sure that you have accurate records to bring to the hearing on the matter.)
