Restitution
What is the possibility of going back to prison for not paying restution consistantly?

If such suspension of restitution struck the judge having jurisdiction over the matter as particularly egregious (after having warned the convicted one on numerous previous occasions about the importance of keeping his or her payments current), I would not dismiss the possibility of the probationer going back to the slammer to serve some more time for having violated the terms of his/her probation.
