Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

Revenge

My Fiance of 8years has been accussed of performing sexual acts on his minor child during her visitation. I know this not to be true because I was the only adult in the home taking care of all five children due to his work schedule. He has never been alone at anytime possible with this child. The mother has made these false allegations becaue she does not want him to be able to see the children. She kept them away for seven years prior. She found him two years ago and told him that if he marry her and move in with her that he could get back involved in the childrens life. He left his home with me and moved with her and married her just like she asked to. He stayed their four months and left her and came back home. He got visitation with his mother responsible for p/u and delivery back. She has now violated the order and the father took out a comtempt order. She made these allegation for retailiation against him. Like she told him if he can t be with her he is not going to be with anyone else.He has no criminal record, had a full time job,and a full-time college student. Can a public defender prove this to be untrue. I know that nothing can be proven true because I took care of all five children. Can he sue her if it is undounded.
