Do you have any right's to appeal or sentence reduction after signing a plea agreement?

No, except in federal cases, where if the convicted one provides substantial assistance to the federal investigating authorities, he or she after a year or more might qualify for a reduction in sentence by way of a FRCP(Federal Rules Criminal Procedure) 35-b motion.
