what are my rights to ask for another court appointed lawyer to represent me, if I feel like the first one is not respresenting me to the fullest

You could ask the court to appoint another lawyer to represent you
in the pending matter(and to vacate the current appointment), but the reasons would likely have to be very persuasive and credible for the court to do so.
