If you have 2 counts of robbery and you are 19,about how much time would you get? And this is your 1st offense.

Re: Robbery

Robbery is a Class Two Felony and carries 20-life and/or $100,000 fine. Pretty serious. I have had an 18 year old robbery client. He used a gun. Manditory jail time on weapons charges - 3 on the first and 5 for every one thereafter. With two counts of Robbery the guidelines probably come in somewhere between 10 and 20 years depending on your prior record and other factors such as use of weapon, inury to victim etc.

You need an excellent lawyer.

Good luck.

Re: Robbery

Robbery, particularly the armed version, does not go down well with Commonwealth juries or courts, no matter how young the alleged perpetrator may be.(And two counts is, needless to say, doubly bad.)You could be looking at a very substantial term in the state pentitentiary if in fact you're convicted.

Your lawyer, which hopefully you have by now, should be able to provide you with more of the (likely)specifics.
