my sister's son was charged with [email protected] prelim hearing,vitim said noone demanded money or anything just assault.when police asked vitim for his I.D,vitim notice it was gone.later that evening police stop a car vitim gave identification of.four people was in the car.police brought vitim to the scene where vitim identified parties by clothes,also vitim credit car was found in car.now,would this be consider robbery?what about the police lineup,can police do this type of lineup?vitim said he was assault by three people.
