Re: robbery/sexual assault/wages compensation and help

If the individual that did this is caught, there will typically be a victim witness advocate assisgned to the case to help your daughter get through the process of going through court etc. There are monies available for victims of crime to pay medical bills and possibly other things. Her employer is probably not responsible for paying her for time off work or hospital bills. Your daughter may be able to connect with a victim witness advocate prior to the suspect being caught. The commonwealth's attorneys office in the jurisdiction where this happened can give you more information.
