Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
My roommate recently came into my bedroom, found some of my bills, took it upon herself to take them and is collecting my creditor information. I also have reason to believe that she is contacting my creditors and pretending to be me. What are my rights?

It would appear that more definite information is needed to determine exactly what may be going on in this situation, but in the meantime you could alert at least some of your creditors to freeze your accounts until a more definitive determination can be made.
