Sealed Criminal record
I was convicted and found guilty of a misameanor of assault and battery in 1991, I have no prior criminal record, can I have my record sealed for future employment purposes and relocation?

Yes, it may be possible for you to have the record of your first and only misdemeanor conviction expunged under Va. Code Sec. 18.2-392.2(C), but you will likely need the assistance of an attorney to assist you with this matter.
