Sealing/Espongine my criminal record
How can I have my criminal record sealed or esponged so that I may find a good job?

If you have been convicted of a felony or more than one misdemeanor in the Commonwealth, it's very unlikely that your record can ever be expunged. (See Va. Code Sec. 19.2-392.2 et seq.)
