Sentence Reduction in Virginia
I need info on Sentence Reduction in Virginia. How can one be requested and by whom? An inmate? A family member?

The one who was sentenced should write the sentencing judge from his or her place of incarceration with any letters/documents supporting the request from family members or whomever.
