Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
if my sentence states 1 year but in under suspended time it states 1 year, does this mean i have 1 year suspended or 2 years 1 to serve and 1 suspended?

No it means that the judge imposed one year as your sentence and then suspended it and apparently then placed you on probation.
