Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
sentence suspension time
i know nothing about law and realize this is probably a dumb question but if someone is sentenced to 180 days but then it say's sentence suspension time is 170 days,and it says probation of 3 years,does that mean that they have to serve 10 days in jail and 3 years probabtion?
