Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I was sentenced to 1 year 9 months house arrest and have notr voilated at all. My house arrest is suppose to be up in july of 2011. Is it too late to ask for a reconsideration for my sentence?

No, you could write the sentencing judge for modification of his or her
sentencing order.
