Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

Has anyone heard about this. My husband is being recommened for a theriputic facility to serve his time at. He has already completed the drug and alchol program while awaiting sentencing. Once he finishes the program in the theraputic facility can he go for a sentence reconsideration?

Your husband should check with the attorney who is representing him at his sentencing hearing as to the feasibility of such a motion after he finishes his stint at this therapeutic facility.
