Sentencing Hearing

Coming up. Plead guilty to 3 counts of obtaining money by false pretenses and 2 courts of forgery. No record, drug free, stable employment, etc.. First time offender, any input as to my ideal punishment would help. Government recommends 13 months with a partial SIS based upon my pre sentencing report. Again, any input or insight will help. There is a restitution dollar amount involved between 2k to 6k.

Your attorney, which you surely must have representing you in this matter,

would certainly be the best person to ask about this issue. However, I would be puzzled regarding the partial SIS which the Commonwealth has apparently offered as part of your plea bargain. (I assume that your lawyer will be arguing for a complete SIS and that he has not waived your right to have this at least argued before the court at sentencing.)
