Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Sentencing
My husband has been charged but not been sentenced yet. He was charged with ASL-1315-MI, KID-1010-F5, ASL-1319-F9. We are in Va. Im just wondering if there's a possibility that he could get no jail time for these charges if convicted. This is his first offense. Thank you

Re: Sentencing
This is a question which you should put to your husband's defense counsel (However, if the offenses to which you've referred are in fact felonies, he will likely have to do some time--in my opinion.)
