service alchohol an under age person

i am working in restaurant . i regulerly ask id for serving alcohol. but today is i made mistake . i didnt look properly . & they were abc police. they caught me.

& they issiue summon on me. & they give me a date on june 2nd in district of virginia crinimal .now i have a question. i am undocumental person. i dont have any thing to show legaly. accepy only passport. what will be the punishment. i appricate for your time.& hope u will reply me . waiting for same.
