Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

Do you only get one shot at a bond motion when it is presumed that you not have a bond by the Prosecutor in a Criminal Case? In other words if denied do you not have a right to appeal that and come back later to ask for a bond on the same charges?

There is no limitation on bond motions but competent defense counsel are not going to keep

refiling such motions when there has been no material change in the facts and/or law as may be applicable to the defendant's case.
