Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Simple Assault
I'm 17, and I was convicted of ''Assault and battery'' when I was 14. Well just recently my sister and I got into a fight and I am to appear in court on Dec 13th. Charged with Simple Assault. Since this isn't my first offence (only 2nd in 3 almost 4 years though) what will likely be my punishment if I am found guilty?
I will be 18 on Jan 25.
Thanks!

Re: Simple Assault
You would be well advised to check on this matter with the attorney who last represented you on the previous charge.
