Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
my sister turned herself in on Monday with charges of Grand larceny, possession of stolen property, obtain money by false pretenses and burglary she is not bondable and does not have a court date scheduled. why doesn't she have a court date?

She'll likely have such a date quite soon. However, at this point it would seem that your sister
would be better advised to be more concerned about getting the services of an attorney to
represent her on these serious charges (if she doesn't already have one) rather than any particular court date.
