Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
I am in a situation that is he said she said...and someone sent me money through western union sent to me my name...and he is saying I stole it because It was not all used on her...can I get in trouble for that...he says he has emails from me and him he can use against me because the other person is denying everything that was said...he also said I had to pay him the money back or he will press charges.
