Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

I used to own a small carpet cleaning company with another partner. We had a 80/20 split. I had the 20. We had to sell the business, but I believe he kept some of the equipment and now has another cleaning company.He gave me some money for the van, but thats it.We had other equipment worth over $10,000.He also some how still has the van. What can I do?

So, you're alleging what, a crime committed by your former business

partner or merely unfair sharing on his part of proceeds from the sale of your jointly held business however many years ago that such

may have occurred(clearly a civil rather than criminal matter)? And, if either of the foregoing should be the case, what concrete and credible evidence can you now advance in support of your allegation(s)?
