If someone's told you stories about this crime commited and you say anything to the authorities. does this make you an Accessory after the fact?

No, what you described makes you a witness or an informant, not an accessory, unless you have actively concealed the crime or have assisted in the commission of ongoing criminal enterprise. Also, although you may have a moral or ethical obligation to report the matter to the police, generally, the law does not require you to do so. There are exceptions, though. Teachers and social workers, for instance, are court mandated reporters and they must report suspected abuse.
