Son given alcohol by an un related adult
My 15 yr old son was charged with underage possession of alcohol. He was at a house party where the mother of two other teens gave the boys beer in large quanities and was drinking in excess with the boys.what are my rights can I file a complaint againstthe other adult

Yes, the irresponsible mother could possibly be charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor. (The local prosecutor would have to decide whether this particular and/or other charges might be appropriate.)
