Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia

My son was arrested on 4 felony charges. He has been denied bond at his bond hearing as well as the preliminary hearing. Can he request another bond hearing?

Yes, he could certainly ask (hopefully through the lawyer he has by now to represent him), but after two denials already, his third request would likely meet with the same result as his first two (in my opinion).
