Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
My son was arrested and not read his rigths then when interrogated they did not tell him that he was entitled to an attorney.Does he have a ny legal right.He has a jvenille record can they look at that?

Yes, of course, he has legal rights, one of which is to
remain silent when facing police interrogation and another is to be represented by an attorney (whom hopefully he has by now retained or had one appointed by the court).
No, most juvenile records remain under seal.
