My son was charged with concealed weapon/possess marijuana and he has clean record ,what kind of punishment he is going to get ?

Most likely a suspended sentence with probation, confiscation of the weapon, possibly a fine, and at least six months of suspension on his driving privileges. Your question, however, would be better addressed to the competent criminal defense counsel who, hopefully, is representing your son by now.
