my son was convicted of contrubiting to a minor but has broken probation twice
my son was convicted of contributing to a minor, a misdemeanor. he got 1 year suspended 2 yrs. probation..he just broke probation for the 2nd. time for not passing drug test. will he have to pull the whole year in jail? He had just started his drug class they ordered but after he had failed

Yes, depending upon the judge, that's a possibility, although six(6) months in the slammer is probably more likely.
