Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Can my son (16) be removed from my full custody in loudoun county because he has been getting in trouble and I refused to get him medication. Apparently the psychologist called his mom from another state and has plans to recommend that custody be assigned to the mother.

Assuming that you have defensible reasons for your refusal, probably not (in my opinion).
