Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
My son is serving time on drug charges in VA.He is a born canadian and a US green card holder since 1995.There is a detiner on him.
What are his chances of deportation?
Once deported can he and if he can how long after can he apply to return back to the united states?

Chances of deportation, you ask? Very good, I would say.
Once deported, he would likely have little chance of ever being admitted legally again into the United States.
