Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
My son is a 22yr.old white male recently charged with 4 class U felonies. First offense. What can I do to get this reduced to misdemeanor? All 4 is Grand Larceny.

Get the young man experienced criminal defense counsel to
represent him on these charges (if you haven't already done so).
One grand larceny charge is serious enough, let alone four. This is not any
legal situation which you should be attempting to handle on your own
without competent legal counsel. (If the issue is finances in hiring
counsel, your son should be requesting that the court appoint
counsel to represent him.)
