Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
Specific laws pertaining to massage and consiquences of breaking them.
I own a massage business and will soon be owning another in the DC area as well. While I followed all the rules to start an establishment I am not sure if all the rules are being enforced to maintain the establishment. My pointed questions are as follows;
1. What if my independent contractors (massueses) are charged with postitution?
2. Anything that could be called inappropriate behavior, i.e. touch genitalia etc.
3. Failure to have a legitmate school certificate.
4. Bribing a police officer.
I want to thank you for your time on this matter.
