Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
!st time arrest
My husband was arrested for pointing a gun at me! When police arrived the gun was found out to be a bee bee gun. The state of Virginia is pressing charges against him. By him having no prior record what type of action may be taken? What is the woest case scenerio and what is the least that can happen to him?

These are all good questions for the competent criminal defense counsel who hopefully is representing your husband by now. (A BB gun is not in the eyes of the law merely an innocuous child's toy.)
