Statue of limitation?
In the state of VA; what is the statue of limitation for the following charges: Arson, vandalism; grand larceny; breaking and entering & Property damage. Thank you.

Arson and grand larceny are both felonies which in Virginia have no statute of limitations (sol). Assuming that the others listed are all misdemeanors, each would have a sol of one year from the date of the alleged commission of the offense.
