statute of limitations on capias warrant
What is the Statute of Limitations for a Capias Warrant issued for a failure to appear for an appeal date for two counts of driving on suspended? And also for failing to appear for an appeal date for failure to pay fines?

There is no such statute of limitations. The capias (warrant) could remain in the computers of law enforcement quite indefintely.
