What is the statute of limitations for tresspass in VA?

Can a tresspass conviction be expunged and what are the steps?

Virginia Code Sec. 19.2-8 specifies that prosecution for misdemeanors must commence within

one year of the offense. The crime of trespass is a misdemeanor.

It's extremely unlikely that you could get a conviction in Virginia for trespass expunged.
