statutory rape
my friend 20 yr old male moved in with me in va. his gf is 17 turning 18 in 21 days her mom knows she came here from neveda. now she does not want to go home. her mom knew and was ok with the fact they were together. but she wants her daughter to come home and is threatening statutory rape on all of us him bc he is the bf and me and my husband bc we are letting her stay with us can she do that even if we have proof that she said it was ok for her to stay with us just for vaca?
