how can i
i stopped going to see my p.o. i didnt pay my court fines.. how do i find out if i am wanted by the police online with NO cost what so ever

Rather than going online, you should be able to quite easily find out whether you've been "violated" by your probation officer and whether any subsequent court action has ensued on any possible officer's request for a Show Cause Rule against you(including any warrant for your failure to appear) by simply calling the clerk of court's office(criminal division) and asking the question. (Your name, case#--if you have it--and date of conviction should be sufficient information.)
And, if you yourself are reluctant to make such a call, you could have someone else do it for you.
