subpoena in aggressive driving case
Received subpoena to appear as witness against husband and other driver. I understand I don't have to testify against my husband. But if I claim that right, will they still make me testify against the other guy?

Yes, they could, and if you refuse, they could ask the court to impose sanctions against you (as I've already previously answered).
