Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
summons for class 4 misdemeanor
My neighbor and I are not getting along. She had me served with a summons for my dog running at large. She plans on addressing other issues in court. The dog is just an excuse, she has done the same thing with other neighbors. Is it possible for her to discuss other issues at a hearing for a person violating a leash law?
