What is Supervised Probation in Virginia? Im a first offense felon, possession of a controlled substance, 90 days in jail, supervised probation for 5 years. How often do I have to check in or take a drug test?

The probation officer assigned to your case should be able to provide
this information. (Checking in periodically with your assigned probation officer and, possibly, taking a drug test from time to time is what supervised probation
is generally all about.)
