suspended driver license
if a person if convicted of several crimes and one of them consists of a drivers license being suspended for 6 months, when does that suspension start? while the person is still in jail or when they're released

The judge's sentencing order should clarify the period for which the license is suspended; otherwise it would likely be up to DMV authorities to decide the matter.
