Taking Coupons
Is it illegal to take coupons stuck to products sitting on the shelf at stores even if I am not buying them? Is this considered stealing?

Yes, if the coupons are meant to go with the attached product when it is purchased by the consumer, the taking you've described could be technically considered as a kind of larceny(theft).
