Technical Violation of Probation
My boyfriend just turned himself in for not paying his fines b/c he had a warrant out for his arrest for violation of probation. How much time do you think he will end up doing?

There is no way to tell. He should considering hiring an attorney and have the attorney advise him on this, after a review of all of the facts. Paying the fines ASAP will help.
